Michaella Weinbeck: Flute
Mikk is a graduate from UMass Lowell with a bachelors in Music Studies (Education). They teach Voice, Flute and a Toddler Class: Little Elements at our school. Mikk is in numerous ensembles, such
as The Contemporaries (a Somerville-based a cappella group), the Merrimack Valley Ringers (a professional handbell ensemble based in Chelmsford, MA), and the UMass Lowell Wind Ensemble. They also likes to create their own music through acoustic guitar and vocals. They are an equal-opportunity teacher who shows students how to sing / play with compassion and confidence in themselves. Mikk specializes in Classical, Pop, Musical Theatre, and Jazz vocals, but can help any singer with any genre when asked. In their free time, they love to travel, spend time creating jewelry and their own personal fashion, and practicing yoga.

James Douglass: Clarinet
James Douglass is a Music Education major at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. He is in his junior year, and his major instrument is the clarinet. He has a passion for learning and teaching woodwinds, including saxophone and flute. He has played with many ensembles including university ensembles such as Wind Ensemble, Orchestra, Woodwind Quintet, Marching Band, and others. He also has played with several
community groups, such as the Taunton City Band, North Shore Italian American Band, New England Film Orchestra, and Cambridge Symphony Orchestra. James is very excited to be teaching at Music Elements and to develop the musicianship of his students.
